About sections are some of my favorite sections of a site. I love learning a bit about the person behind the lovely content (or who could put such terrible stuff on the internet and think it was good!). Old layouts are the best - often I'll find a site after having lost it for ages, but I recognize an old layout. Much fun. And I tend to read every word on a site, so it gives me a tad more to read about.
